What will the recipes be like?
They will be gluten free, cow’s dairy free, grain free, sugar free (of course), and DELICIOUS! I've also intentionally chosen simple recipes so you're not in the kitchen all week long! We also have a vegetarian/vegan version of the detox if you prefer..
Why is it only 5 days?
Well, of course the longer you do this the better, but I want to show you the incredible results you can get in just 5 days! I also have a 10 day option available for those of you looking for a longer program.
Can I drink alcohol?
The plan has you cutting out alcohol (for the 5 days), because we want to support your liver and alcohol is one of those things that will hinder your progress and not let you see the amazing results that you will without it.
I'm pregnant. Can I do the detox?
This is an entirely food based detox, so is safe to do while pregnant. In fact, you may have been experiencing more sugar cravings than normal while pregnant, so this is a great 5 day meal plan to use.
Will I feel energized?
YES! Sometimes, depending on your health, you may feel tired and sluggish the first few days. This is just a detox reaction and will pass, I promise. Then you will feel exponentially better than before and will have kicked your sugar habit.
Can I drink coffee?
Yes, I recommend only 1 cup/day and not in a cow's dairy latte or with added sugar / sweetener.
What if I don't like some of the ingredients in the recipes or want to make some of my own meals?
The ingredients in the detox have been carefully selected to balance blood sugar levels, reduce cravings and support your body's detoxification processes. I've got something on next week where I'll be eating out. Should I still join?
Why not? You've got nothing to lose, even if you're eating one of your meals out, there's 15 meals over a 5 day period, so 14 of 15 of them would be on track.
